I am a Managing Director and Global Leader of Protiviti’s Financial Crime Consulting practice which is integral to Protiviti’s global Risk & Compliance Solutions group. I bring to Protiviti more than 30 years of experience leading global transformations spanning Financial Crime/AML, Banking, Finance and HR operations, and Internal Audit. My prime responsibilities include: business strategy and planning, developing and executing innovative solutions to solve critical client problems and expanding and deepening Protiviti’s Financial Crime consulting capabilities. My major focus is on helping clients transform and optimize their operations to drive “step change” improvement to compliance and cost effectiveness and efficiency. Prior to joining Protiviti, I was a Senior Managing Director and key leader of the Financial Crime Unit at PwC. Before that, an EVP at Citigroup, serving in multiple global and regional senior leadership roles covering finance reengineering, business services delivery, EMEA Human Resources O&T as well as European branch operations. I began my career at Citigroup in Corporate Audit in London where I progressed to lead Citi’s EMEA Transaction Services Corporate audit program before transitioning into banking operations.
