Directed engineering and operations activities for private equity company in Permian Basin. Designed and supervised horizontal completions, workover and fishing operations, facility design and construction, artificial lift design and selection, SCADA implementation, midstream and marketing operations, and reservoir planning and development. Evaluated offset acquisition opportunities, managed LOE and production operations, and maintained regulatory compliance with facility inspection and modifications.

Family owned natural gas operating company. Helped evaluate prospects and manage operations. Contributions include strategy development, contract evaluation, reserves estimations, decline curve analysis, upside projects analysis, and asset acquisition identification. Assisted with sale of all assets and company divestiture in February of 2018.

Worked in a myriad of roles including reservoir, drilling, production, facilities, marketing, and company wide systems implementation. -Functioned as Operations and Facilities Engineer from November 2016 through January 2018. Redlined P&ID drawings, specified design specs for facilities, sized separators and operating vessels, sourced surface equipment, hired construction and wellsite supervision crews, and commissioned facilities. -Drilling Engineer fall of 2014 through January 2018. Managed up to three drilling rigs Eagle Ford asset and one rig in Mississippi Lime asset. Functioned as sole engineer contact in drilling department spring of 2016 through January 2018.-Negotiated and delimited gas and oil marketing contracts.-Assisted workover and facilities programs in south Texas to reduce lease operating expenses and increase cash flow through revenue generating projects. Reservoir Engineer (April - August 2014) for Oklahoma asset performing business development engineering work. Championed implementation of capital budgeting system (AFE Navigator) and well reporting software (WellEz).

Worked in P&A and Safety Prep group. Plugged 55 vertical J Sand, Codell, and Niobrara wells in the Wattenberg. Championed implentation of new P&A approval system.

Worked as entry level drilling engineer in Encana's Jonah asset. Piloted new technologies, optimized existing programs, and worked closely with procurement to reduce costs.

Assisted student learning through office hours, email correspondence, and grading homework/providing feedback. Course covered economics and feasibility of modern energy projects as sustainable (7+ generations) solutions to global energy demand.

Designed & constructed a tubular tracking tool to track operations team’s casing & tubing. Tracking tool prevented rig downtime, decreased transportation costs, & balanced capital spending. Collaborated with entire team to map life cycle of tubulars through drilling program. Participated in multiple casing runs, cement jobs, & drilling operations on Automatic Drilling Rig.

Field development, well design, surfactant performance analysis, and production predictions. Assembled a database to examine well performance based on frac design.

Assisted section crew in mining operations (mine, roof bolt, dust walls, etc.), performed intense manual labor, and developed invaluable teamwork and coping skills by working with superb blue-collar coal miners.

Gained experience in material transportation industry via hands on supply chain work, operated heavy machinery, coal plows, and belt lines, and performed intense manual labor – i.e. track work, re-railed train, cleaned up coal spills, etc.

Worked for father's production company every summer while in high school. Pumped, maintained, worked over, and plugged natural gas wells. Designed and constructed heating structures to prevent wellhead from freezing during winter months. Installed and operated artificial lift (plunger) systems.
