As a former President famously said, “I feel your pain.” I am a career HR professional. I have made all the stops from Generalist, Manager, Director, Vice- President, and finally as Senior Vice-President of HR in a billion-dollar global organization. Today, I work with HR leaders to create 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬. In addition my decades of business experience, I hold a PhD in Organization and Management, have multiple coaching certifications, and am a Certified Partner with Predictive Index, the leader in Talent Solutions.
