Served as representative to Chrysler LLC for Dodge Ram power-train mounting systems for automotive supplier based in Jinju, Korea with facilities in Qingdao, China, and Taylor, MI. Prepared formal presentations and technical reviews to customer management and engineering. Served as intermediary between customer engineering and facilities in Jinju Korea and Qingdao China. Traveled occasionally to customer and Dongah facilities in Korea and China.- Program oversight from initial business quotation through ongoing production requirements, including financial and schedule tracking. This resulted in the successful production launch of the engine and transmission mounts for the 2008 Chrysler truck line.- Procure and supply prototype samples for customer production and engineering development. This allows successful production line-up runs and vehicle trials.

Flexible Products is a small tier 1 and 2 elastomer part supplier to the US automotive industry. Complete cradle-to-grave American Showa product line program responsibility. Provide designs, procure samples, perform and report required tests, and support production through life cycle.Determine requirements to qualify Flexible Products to supply metal-to-rubber bonded products to Honda America. Fufilled requirements. Prepared and delivered report to Honda America gaining approval to supply Honda America directly as a tier 1 supplier (at that time no other US owned supplier had achieved this qualification).
