I worked at the department of Molecular Developmental Biology in the group of Dr. Klaas Mulder. Here I worked on the development of a new protein detection method, iSeq. My main task was the validation of antibodies and troubleshooting in the process of antibody and DNA functionalization. Techniques: Antibody and DNA functionalization, antibody and DNA conjugation, western blot, qPCR, immunostaining, cell culture (primary keratinocyes, HEK 293T, and hybridomas).
