Executive, Advisor, Coach, Founder, Dealmaker, CEO, Consultant, Engineer and many others -- I've held many roles across the arc of my career. The common theme is bringing a passion and desire to change the status quo with new ideas and helping teams achieve more than they thought possible. In particular, I have spent most of my career helping lead or advise high growth technology based firms in scaling as start-ups, public enterprises or PE backed firms. I have been richly active in Silicon Valley and the professional services industry for over 30 years bringing my real world expertise of founding and leading technology companies to drive change and growth. Most recently, as the head of strategy and leader of the highest growth line of business for Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA), the Industry Cloud for professional and financial services, I helped drive growth through organic development and inorganic expansion. Intapp is at the forefront of the next wave of development for the software industry (as one to the leading vertical SaaS and AI companies). The business scaled 3x and had a successful IPO following PE ownership during my time on the leadership team.I’ve held numerous leadership roles in the technology industry. Prior to Intapp, I served as Flex’s (NASDAQ: FLEX) President of Strategy Investments and Marketing for the $25bn “sketch to scale” company, driving strategy and leading spin-outs and investments across a portfolio of over 50 companies with investments valued in excess of $1.5bn. Previously, I was a key member of the executive team at Solectron (during a time of >10x sales growth and >15x value growth to a $28bn market cap), leading the strategy, marketing, M&A and integration activities as well as P&L management for our largest customer BU. I also served as founding CEO of E2open (NASDAQ: ETWO), a SaaS supply chain software company and SVP Operations for Arena Solutions, a SaaS PLM company. In addition to operating roles, I’ve served over a decade in professional services with leading consulting firms (Booz, PRTM/PwC, and Kearney) building practices in technology and PE sectors helping clients with investment, strategy and operational challenges. My clients have ranged from emerging firms in nascent industries to leading global firms in PE and global business.I am an BSEE graduate of Kettering University and received an MBA from The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. My passion outside work often finds me climbing mountains, competing in triathlons or peddling from my Bay Area home to the Pacific Ocean.
