Professional photographer was my calling over 25 years ago. A passion for building a great business is now coupled with my love for great imaging.I photograph commencements, working within the higher education community. I am a hardworking, team player. I enjoy thinking strategically about where our business has been and where it can grow based upon what we do well and where technology might allow us to grow. Our team works to set goals to guide us towards these long-term strategic visions.We grew four-fold within the commencement photography area since 2012. In the next few years, we know that will we continue to grow. We are developing new technologies and perfecting those systems where we have already been an innovator. My selling model is a consultative one. We help our clients have a better commencement, with photography being just one component of a successful graduation experience. We all want to contribute more to our relationships over and above the photographic experience.Our territory specializes in commencement photography. We help our nation-wide network of employee-owners add commencement photography as a service to their existing school relationships. In the end, the love of photography and producing a great image is what drives our growth. I became involved with managing the graduation photography area of our company, helping to grow that area of business four-fold in 10 years.I used the title of "Nice Guy" for a conference and they printed that on my name tag. When you work at a smaller company, it is more about all working together towards a common goal rather than everybody concentrating on only what they do. We all wore multiple hats, and had to help each other.Many of my former colleagues now work at Jolesch Enterprises, the nation's premier photography company for high school band competitions.
