I was responsible for the creation of a Central Services department providing valuable marketing and performance information and services to over 130 properties with annual additional revenues for MSI in excess of 2 million dollars. My ability to create automated and repeatable processes was demonstrated routinely resulting in numerous successful projects, such as a seamless CRS cutover of 145 Ameri-Suite’s properties from Pegasus to the Trust Voyager with zero Property Management System downtime.As COO I was responsible for the overall operations at MSI. Including Product Distribution, Customer Support, Training and Implementation, Systems Administration and Product Development. In addition, significantly contributed to the acquisition of major accounts such as Cendant, Holiday Inns Worldwide, Hyatt Select and Best Western. Highlights include the development and implementation of seven new two-way Central Reservation System integrations. -
