Wrote my dissertation on reducing manufacturing constraints of metal-assisted chemical etching (MacEtch) techniques including an end-to-end CMOS-compatible ruthenium-based MacEtch.Co-wrote a successful NSF research proposal on nanopatterning hydrogel materials that secured over $500,000 for running experiments and hiring additional researchers.Executed semiconductor fabrication techniques tagged below and integrated them into successful process flows.Selected and performed metrology techniques including SEM, AFM, XPS, ellipsometry, and optical microscopy where appropriate to characterize structure and chemistry of fabricated samples.Initiated a biomedical research project in collaboration with an Engineering Research Center based in Georgia Tech that incorporates single-step multi-tiered hydrogel nanopatterning.Awarded funding for hiring technical consultants for start-up from Texas Health Catalyst competition.
