At NPS, I performed several different roles. My last role was performing software engineering (Python) and testing and evaluation for a software system that identifies forensically uninteresting files by analyzing a large corpus of file metadata. Previously, I was managing servers and workstations and other hardware for a research group, including administrating Linux, Windows, VMware vSphere ESXi and OS X systems. I managed a 60+ TB corpus of hard drive and mobile device images used for forensics research. I also contributed to testing open source forensic software the research group developed, and updating documentation and web pages. Before working at NPS, I did IT and web consulting, worked with Salesforce.com CRM, CRMFusion DemandTools and PeopleImport; and Microsoft SharePoint and Exchange Server.My professional experience has encompassed Internet development and hosting, strategic planning, content development, technical writing, user interface design (including information architecture and navigation), implementation, and deployment and system administration of online services. From mid-2007 to mid-2010, I was the Director of Internet Services for a non-profit higher education association in Washington, DC, and responsible for the organization's websites, social media, and event registration.
