In my most recent roles I have had key accountability for managing the entire project delivery process for new IT and Telephony technologies, transforming business capabilities and delivering leading-edge communication models throughout the UK and Europe.My meticulous approach to project management has enabled me to make a significant contribution to the delivery of complex software solutions, improving business processes and ensuring the highest level of quality and service delivery is achieved, within budget and to project timescales.Key Projects: • Facebook Marketing Platform: Designed, project managed and co developed a Facebook marketing platform for one of the largest and most innovative media agencies in the UK. • Recruitment Platform: Designed and developed a cutting edge recruitment platform to help recruiters manage their sales pipeline, monitor KPI's, project commissions and forecast company targets.• Call Centre Technology: Designed and project managed the implementation of leading-edge telephony technology subsequently rolled-out to more than 10 large contact centres throughout the UK. • E-commerce Platform: Project managed the application design, development and implementation of an e-commerce platform and new website across 11 countries, which enabled customers to set-up and manage online payments.• Business Transformation: Senior Project Manager responsible for the centralisation of ICT services into a single UK site, which included the integration of servers, telephony, and workstations.
