• Aruba airport project Gateway 2030 expansion • Construction of the Queen Beatrix International Airport expansion for the Aruban Airport Authority (AAA) to be managed by Schiphol Airport. This includes the new pier and passenger gates, all demolition works, the expansion and redevelopment of the existing check-in hall, new immigration and security halls, a food and beverage plaza, and a new baggage hall.• Responsible for the compilation of the weekly and monthly project reports to the Board, which involves coordinating input from all project departments, containing the PM summary, cost, overall actual vs. planned progress, resource charts (staff, labor, and equipment), procurement, subcontractors, quality, safety, and engineering; Overlooking document control and planning; Uses project control tools such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP and invoice approval software such as Basware; Being in charge of the overall project in PM absence.

• London City Airport (LCY) expansion project • Construction of a deck on piles required for the future taxiway expansion. During construction, the airport remained fully operational, requiring specialized marine equipment to accommodate for the lifting of heavy loads under low landing aircrafts without market available cranes. Contract Sum: EUR 85,000,000.• Responsible for the design, fabrication, and mobilization of the Marine Equipment required for the construction of the concrete deck on piles. This equipment included crane barges with hydraulic piling templates, hydraulic semi-submersible platforms used as spacer frames, and a floating Precast Placing Unit (PPU) with onboard gantry crane and adjustable hydraulic spreader beams, all mobilized as turnkey units.

• Kisii and Nyamira Water Supply Project, in Kenya.• Design and fabrication of a 350m long and 2.5 million m3 water storage dam with a 3.5 km long footprint, including the water treatment plant and main gravity trunk lines, water turbine station, pumping stations, tunnel, and house connection network. Contract Sum: EUR 90,000,000.• Responsible for the development of water supply and sanitation projects in East Africa funded by European grant facilitators and Dutch bank loans. The purpose of the development phase was to deliver approved IFC standard project documents including the Geotechnical, Topography, Hydrology, Preliminary Design, Environmental Social Impact Analysis (ESIA), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), and Project Plan reports. This project is currently in the negotiating phase and will soon move forward to the execution phase.

• Wheatstone PLF & Tug Berths Project in Onslow, Australia.• Design and construction of a 1.4km LNG jetty including installation of Piping Modules and Loading Platform,Marine Operating Platform (MOP), and Tug Berth. Contract Sum: AUD 500,000,000.• Responsible for overseeing punch listing/close-out, client interface, project handover, site demobilization, general construction activities, project departments, and subcontractors.

• Wheatstone LNG PLF & Tug Berths Project in Onslow, Australia.• Design and construct of a 1.4km LNG jetty including installation of Piping Modules and Loading Platform,Marine Operating Platform (MOP), and Tug Berth. Contract Sum: AUD 500,000,000.• Responsible for the engineering activities related to the installation of Piping Modules, mechanical works, and general topsides works.

• Wheatstone PLF & Tug Berths Project - Piping Modules and Loading Platform Fabrication Yard • Design and fabrication of 37 LNG Piping Modules (5000 tons), Loading Platform (12,500 tons), and Walkways. Contract sum: SGD 40,000,000• Responsible for general Construction Management and subcontractor coordination of the Piping Modules and Loading Platform fabrication.

• PNG LNG Condensate Jetty Project in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.• Design and construction of a 2.4km Jetty including all fabrication and installation of Piping Modules.Loading Platform, and Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I). Contract sum: USD 350,000,000• Responsible for general management of the departments in the close-out phase, punch listing, yard management, demobilization of assets and personnel, and commercial department support in the final settlement claims.

• PNG LNG Condensate Jetty Project in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.• Design and construction of a 2.4km Jetty including all fabrication and installation of Piping Modules, Loading Platform, and Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I). Contract sum: USD 350,000,000• Responsible for project cost monitoring, controlling, forecasting and reporting. Managing and compiling day works and preparing variations.

• Rehab Tanzam Highway project• Rehabilitation of five sections of the Tanzam Highway from Iyovi to Kitonga gorge and Ikokoto to Iringa, including the Iringa access road (149,6 km). Contract sum: EUR 75,000,000 • Responsible for Managing packages including structural and civil engineering/execution, road marking, road signs, and project controls.

• Project tender engineer at the Head Office in Gouda (The Netherlands). • Provided engineering support to marine tenders in Africa and Asia Pacific.

• Carnegielaan Road Project. Contract sum: EUR 2,500,000. • Malieveld Road Project. Contract sum: EUR 900,000. • Valkenboslaan Road Project. Contract sum: EUR 2,000,000• Responsible for the general construction of the project by managing the construction team, payroll, cost control, project scope definition, planning, purchase and equipment hire.

• Responsible for the preparation of proposals and contracts. Supervised crews to complete projects involving waterproofing, finishing, structural polymer reinforcement, and wall anchoring technologies related to hydrostatic pressures and earthquake forces.
