I have been in the real estate industry in Washington State since 1983 and pride myself in providing the most professional service possible.As an owner/manager of Better Properties North Proctor in Tacoma, WA, I must ensure all clients receive smooth transactions when working with me or any of my brokers. We continue to maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity!As a Broker in residential and commercial real estate for over 30 years, I have seen the market in all its ups and downs and these last few years have indeed been a challenge. Keeping up with constant change is itself a full-time job and I am diligent about staying current with the laws and rules of the industry.As a native of Tacoma, I am knowledgeable about all of western Washington and can provide the expertise to guide clients during their process of selling or buying property.I am a workaholic but when I do have time, I love to watch sports, hang out with family and friends, travel or just relax and watch a good movie.I am a strong supporter of charities and nonprofits in our area and try to support the local businesses as much as possible. As a member of the Proctor District Association, we strive to make our district the “best in the west” with free events, celebrations, etc. I love what I do and I hope I can keep doing it for many years to come.
