Work with Digestive Health Leaders across the enterprise to develop evidence based analytics. I provide technical guidance and knowledge to assist leaders in solving problems related to many different technical areas. I work with individual leaders and staff to identify opportunities and solve them by applying innovative technology solutions.

Served as senior enlisted advisor for a Medical Brigade consisting of two - 240 bed Combat Support Hospitals (CSH), one Medical Maintenance Battalion (MMB), four Forward Surgical Teams (FST), two Dental Companies, and other medical assets. Responsible for all enlisted training and development of junior and senior leaders. Served as senior enlisted operational leader for medical response for Homeland Security – Command & Control, Chemical, Radiological, Biological, and Nuclear (C2CRB) – 2015-2017.

Senior enlisted advisor to brigade level joint and combined command within NTM-A/CSTC-A. Led 230 senior Active Duty, Army Reserve, and National Guard from all four US Services and 5 NATO countries to execute operations at 7 forward operating bases within 4 provinces across a 62,000 square mile area. Mentored 4 Afghan Command Sergeants Major on training and professional development allowing them to be entrusted with greater authority and responsibility. Worked with 2 Italian Brigadier General and Command Sergeant Major command teams to ensure RSC-W operations were integrated within RC-W objectives

Served as senior enlisted advisor for Initial Entry (Basic) Training Brigade and U.S. Army senior enlisted representative at Fairchild Air Force Base. Responsible for supervision, mentorship, and individual training of over 750 drill sergeants and Soldiers

Data analysis and business intelligence application development

Developer for Home Care organization spanning 6 states.  Developed software for time tracking, maintained Microsoft SQL Server and Access databases, Assisted finance with bi weekly payroll by supporting timely reporting using time tracking software to ensure accurate payment of over 4000 employees
