Actively, yet discerningly seeking my next opportunity and value proposition! The SAP industry (particularly in North America) is currently facing a trifecta of challenges! With SAP's release of their flagship product S/4HANA, CEO Bill McDermott hailed it as their "biggest launch in 23-years, if not the entire history of the company" - coupled with the fact that to remain on SAP support, every ERP-system must be upgraded by end of 2025. Due to this looming deadline, S4/HANA is influencing resource demands globally!(Update: As of Feb 4th, 2020 SAP announced a maintenance commitment for SAP S/4HANA until the end of 2040. At the same time, SAP will provide mainstream maintenance for core applications of SAP Business Suite 7 software* until the end of 2027 followed by optional extended maintenance until the end of 2030.)https://news.sap.com/2020/02/sap-s4hana-maintenance-2040-clarity-choice-sap-business-suite-7/Given recent US labor market legislative changes and the resulting H1B cap, this is resulting in talent shortages! Companies are therefore competing for onshore resources while modifying off-shore strategies. With US-market unemployment rates at their lowest in decades there is a shortage of Supply Chain and SAP logistics leadership and consulting professionals. Unfortunately, demand far outweighs the industry capabilities to supply and hence there are many ways in which I can help you succeed!
