As the Membership and Database Coordinator, I worked with a small, dedicated team of fundraising professionals to meet the needs of our donors and the fundraising goals of our station. My role had two focuses: 1) Ensuring that our regular weekly and monthly membership processes were running smoothly and always improving. I restructured many of our major processes for soliciting donors, responding to donations, and processing regular financial contributions. In addition to this, I created and maintained a departmental operations and processes manual to ensure that our team is supported by up-to-date operational standards and had thorough and clear documentation as a resource. 2) Contributing to the planning, execution, and follow-up of the pledge drives. For these pledge drives, I contributed to the small interdepartmental planning meetings; created a master resource for our program, gift, and goal information in the database; and followed up with compiling and reporting analytics to improve moving forward.

I directed and edited a science fiction project made over a 15-week period. My role as director included managing 30 crew members, contributing to production logistics, and overseeing all creative elements. I communicated creative and practical goals with cast and crew and facilitated the creative input of my departmental crew heads. Together we made a fully polished short film!
