As my area's Training Manager, I was also the General Manager for my store as well. My duties included recruiting, interviewing, orientating, developing and training my store's team as well as staffing other store's needs for management personnel. My team consisted of over 25 and I trained 14 managers for other stores in my location to exceed guest expectations while controlling all costs and improving the bottom line financial records.
