Chickens per week)- Maintaining and staying on budget- Coordination of large maintenance projects on technical facilities and machinery (budget, safety, and continuous improvement)Results:- Project manager on installation of new production line (+25 mil. DKK). Project executed within 4 days – on time, with zero cost overruns- Insourcing wastewater plant, including expansion of maintenance department

Responsibility included:- Daily operation of supply machinery and facility management on 55.000 m2 highly hygienic production facilities- Leading team of 10 employees with direct reference- Continuous high uptime on production facility within food safetyResults:- Project lead on establishing and renovating new production facility (highly hygienic)
