    Delivery focado na marca Bob's- Realizamos um trabalho incrível de engajamento da rede para a entrada no Delivery, através de cases de sucesso no programa- Aumentamos em mais de 4x o número de lojas com Delivery, além de aumentar o faturamento mensal da rede em mais de 9x desde a minha entrada na área (maio 20 vs 18)- Gerenciamento de mais de 400 lojas no Delivery - Liderei a prospecção de novas lojas no canal Delivery para aumento da capilaridade da marca e incremento do faturamento das lojas. - Responsável por definir e atualizar os preços do cardápio, alinhado com a concorrência e sem prejudicar a margem das lojas (CMV limite de 40%)- Estruturei o novo cardápio da rede de acordo com o histórico de mix de produtos e com foco no UX- Aumentamos a nota total da rede em 2019 de 4,2 para 4,5 nas principais plataformas- Responsável pela criação de simulador de CMV e Mix de Produtos para Delivery. Com o simulador foi possível entender as melhores estratégias para definição de cardápio e campanhas, preservando a margem do franqueado- Conhecimento amplo de todas as principais plataformas (Ifood, Uber eats e Rappi)- Implementamos o novo App Bob’s para a rede, com quase 70% de aderência em apenas 3 meses- Negocio parcerias a nível nacional para a rede como canais de venda e serviços de entrega. Dentre eles, podemos destacar Aiqfome e Delivery Much em canais de venda, Loggi e Bee Delivery em serviços de entrega. Foram mais de 5 parceiros homologados desde a minha entrada na área- Auxiliei na reformulação do manual de treinamento para a equipe de campo, focando nas boas práticas do Delivery- Formulei junto com a minha equipe o Projeto Encantamento. O projeto consiste em enviar cartas com frases padrão aos clientes, no intuito de engajá-los e incrementar a avaliação nas plataformas.

Besides that, the company manages most of Pizza Hut and KFC franchises in Brazil.Main Activities- Negotiate partnerships with the leading players in the Delivery Market, such as Ifood, Uber eats, Rappi and Glovo in order to diversify sales channels within Bob's- Responsible for the full potential study of Bob's stores in Delivery, with the support of the Geofusion tool and Excel Dashboard, gathering the main indicators which gives assertiveness to the estimated result. With the new tools created, each study can be done within 10 minutes.- In charge of prospecting new stores in the Delivery channel to grow brand capillarity and store revenue. Increase of more than 60% in Jan 19 vs. 18 sales.
