CurrentDirectly subordinate to 3 departments with a total of 60 people. Support and strategic management of the Bank's IT infrastructure from the top 6, 5 data centers, about 200 offices. Achievements during the work: • Modernization of the work of teams in order to improve the quality of IT infrastructure services up to 95%; • Increasing the fault tolerance of the infrastructure up to 99.8% by upgrading the Bank's DPC, migration of the Bank's IT systems and eliminating points of failure; • Building a capacity management process based on the unicast model;• Simplification and transparency of processes through the introduction of automation and IaC in the Bank;• Implementation of a gradual process of import substitution in the Bank, as well as the replacement of Legacy infrastructure with a reduction in technical support costs.
