This position exists to facilitate and execute Right of Way support, at the field level, for all company operations and projects. Further this position is responsible to negotiate and settle all damage claims company wide.

Managed the optioning of 122,000 feet of new corridor for a new transmission line.

Managed all aspects of project development, progression, and status as well as managing all field brokers. Prepared and maintained all project reports and status updates. Provided the company President with all necessary status updates as well as project costs and brokers issues. Provided recommendations to the company President for staffing needs, project direction, and personnel changes.

Identified and acquired all necessary documentation and/or information needed to cure defects in title per drilling title opinions.

Created and maintained GIS Project Maps.Managed acquisition and title brokers. Acquired Oil and Gas Leases, surface locations, rights of way, and curative documents. Negotiated damages for locations and rights of way as well as terms for Oil and Gas Leases.
