Quality Coordinator
Current• Arranges training schedules, counseling employees due to training/compliance issues and competencies.• Monitors Teletracking XT to ensure patient flow and throughput• Serves as back-up in absence of the manager, supervisor and/or dispatcher to oversee daily activities as it relates to job performance, communicating with clients and making sure employees are effectively meeting productivity goals• Identifies training areas and provides solutions. Analyze problematic situations• Creates spreadsheets and reports• Effectively train team members• Assists with the progressive disciplinary process of leadership team members• Oversees departmental scheduling and assists with daily and monthly scheduling• Coordinates and provides orientation and training of new and current employees and provide cross training for all employees to ensure that they can perform job assignments effectively. • Coordinates process improvement efforts at every level to achieve regulatory reported objectives. • Assist with screening, scheduling and conducting interviews• Creates and monitors departmental fiscal year accomplishments• Assists with probationary reviews, annual evaluations and periodic evaluations• Creates and assists Director and/or Manager with departmental policies and procedures• Creates departmental productivity reports• Reviews service delivery reports and develops/implements an effective process to monitor and analyze quality assurance data• Assists, creates and monitors departmental budget • Coordinates and schedules special events and conferences• Participates in hospital committees
