Identify development opportunities and manage the site selection, acquisition and entitlement processes in established and emerging multi-state retail markets for one of the largest private developers of institutional grade self-storage. Core responsibilities encompass directing four key phases of the development process: (1) Site Identification/Selection - market due diligence and feasibility analysis; (2) Negotiate Acquisition / Entitlement Contracts; (3) Manage Due Diligence and Land Entitlement Process; (4) “Close” on Real Estate and Prepare Project for Construction.

Integral part of the management team serving two primary functions: (1) Operated as transaction consultant in concert with transaction, property management, development and executive professionals to coordinate and pursue business development strategies, the preparation of key proposals/presentations, and follow-up execution of the marketing plan by providing an elevated set of skills, analysis, and process management. Served as “backstop” for significant projects to ensure that the obligations set forth to the client are met; and (2) Developed professionalized and managed market research department for the five operating divisions of Oxford Development Company. Authored and developed quarterly and annual analytical market reports for internal and external commercial real estate clientele.
