Regulation 1101), by ensuring reputable supplies were identified and purchased in a timely and cost-effective manner• Conducted training sessions on the agency’s current Incident Reporting process as it relates to what is categorized as reportable, and the systematic process for information flow from employee to management to senior management• Coordinated and organized all JHSC Certification Training for all relevant parties that require this training (JHSC members, H&S Reps, Managers) to maintain compliance with both the OHSA and the agency standard for all JHSC members, H&S Reps, and Managers to be JHSC certified

• Presented the Environmental, Health & Safety portion of Martinrea’s New Hire Orientation to all incoming new hires• Sat in and participated in Monthly JHSC meetings, Weekly Round Table Safety Meetings, Weekly EHS and Ergonomic Student Meetings • Carried out Safety Administration tasks including tracking and filing Safety Talks completed by Supervisors, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Practicals, Forklift Practicals completed by Team Members, On the Job Training (OJT) Records completed for all Team Members in material handling positions• Created Pre-Start Health & Safety Review (PSR) Recommendation Review forms based on Recommendations from the inspecting P. Eng. for each Weld Cell on Martinrea’s new Welding Cell Assembly Lines • Compiled and organized all evidence documentation based on the recommendations from the P. Eng. found in the PSR for each Weld Cell. • Completed PSR Audit Documentation, indicating that each Weld Cell on the new Welding Cell Assembly had their respective PSR completed, recommendation evidence gathered, signed off by the JHSC rep and EHS, then confirming each review to be closed or still open with actions pending completion.
