Overall responsibility for all digital touch points and direct sales across 9 European markets.Working with a central European consumer marketing team in the UK and the local offices in market where there is a mix of digital knowledge, responsibilities include:• Responsible for setting and delivering eCommerce direct sales targets across Europe..• Website content development. Enhancing the consumer experience on multiple websites taking into account local market variances to ensure continued development with the primary objective of increased consumer conversion.• Direct PPC, Display, VOD and Social campaign management across 9 markets.• Responsible for arming and educating European markets in digital marketing and eCommerce markets to enable them to run their own direct businesses. Focussing MD attention on their digital execution, enabling marketing managers and sales forces to be confident in digital.• Working with key retailers across Europe such as Amazon and MediaMarkt to develop joint business plans and develop Dyson’s digital execution. Working with 3rd party providers to syndicate Dyson content for increased conversion.• Bring CRM into emerging markets and develop CRM communications strategies. These include both lifecycle communications and tactical sales EDMs.• Campaign management and execution working with both a Central media agency and local agencies for seamless campaigns.
