Lead team of 4 in the creation of a 200+ user, custom CRM solution built from the ground up with users from nearly all aspects of the business including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations. Spanning 8 separate organization units with a complex hierarchy. Identified and closed gaps in communication across multiple departments by integrating systems. Lead team of 3 in the creation of a warranty system that handles everything from the initial contact with the customer, to analyzing the cost of each claim, and which products are the worst offenders. Used across 5 brands in 3 countries. Created a time and attendance system used across 80 locations, interfacing with ADP for payroll. Developed and maintained miscellaneous other solutions including, but not limited to internal ordering, custom help desk solution, process automation, bar code scanners and labelling solutions, PLC programming, and more. Collaborated on development of Oracle BI system, and Oracle CX implementations. Streamlined database design of older systems resulting in up to 80% reduced query execution times.

Developed a scheduling system for a complex set of union schedule rules for 50 employees over 8 locations. Performed Analysis and reporting from various TOTE sources. Developed custom automations and interfaces including an ADP interface, calendar merges, etc. Managed 50 unionized employees (hiring, discipline, grievances, scheduling).
