Liaising closely with RMNs / social workers to offer holistic support. Senior Support Worker role involved day to day support / care of elderly residents with varying psychological processing demands, physical impairments and life-limiting illnesses. Administration, recording and storage of medication. Additional responsibilities included conducting staff supervisions, employment reviews, disciplinary hearings and fire warden duties.

Trained in customer service advice for telephone and internet banking. Main responsibilities include international money transfers, changing customer details, dealing with customer complaints, and providing bespoke assistance. This experience helped me to develop an eye for detail, personal confidence and attentive listening skills.
