I’m here to help you find time to do more of what’s important to you ... Why?In 2001, I started my own business. This included national conferences, projects and events. I got super busy, pretty much overnight. I was successful.8 years later, I introduced challenges, digital events and self-funded social enterprise activities. This included 'The 153 Mile Challenge' and '30 Day Community Guided Learning'. To support the social enterprise activities I also started working for other people (direct employment). I got even busier … I had to balance multiple priorities every day. I’m not sure how successful I felt at this point but people tell me that I was. I’ve often asked myself “Why does £406k feel like failure?”. I learned that identity and the stories you tell yourself are important.I went on to add online coaching to the mix. It started with careers. Clients then wanted to talk about business. I became a business coach. At the same time I also became a relationship coach. I always say I don’t know how it happened but I do. Think about it - if your business is struggling or you’re super busy, what's the first thing that happens? You neglect the people you love; argue with your partner and/or neglect your own self-care.I was told I was a "great listener". I heard a lot of things along the way but there was one common theme … "I don't have the time". I helped clients find the time and started to get called a "Time Finding Expert".
