• Project Management o Responsible for rolling out new assessments and processes. o Involved in a special project that partners with operations (technical programs) to improve quality of hires and attrition. • Recruitment o Reviews job descriptions of new programs and recommend a set of hiring process to be followedo Provides support to recruitment teams who need additional manpower by processing candidates on site.• Implementation and Audit o Ensures that all Philippine sites are aligned with the TeleTech selection process by training new and existing members of all Recruitment teams. o Audits all the teams on usage and maximization of tools. This has given me the opportunity to travel and visit some of the TeleTech Philippine sites to personally audit and check on each site’s needs. o Part of the team who rolled out the Technology-Enabled Process in all Philippine sites, with the aim of the company to go paperless and to maximize Taleo.• Reporting o Prepares reports on the ramp plan, hiring activities, and pass rates of the Philippine recruitment teams, to be used for Management’s business reviews. These reports are also used by each team to study and improve on recruitment strategies.
