I am an accomplished technology expert and entrepreneur and have been highly successful at developing software solutions that help companies achieve their highest potential. I am a strong, relational communicator who is able to converse with both technical and non-technical executives.One of my most significant achievements was starting and building Certent, a SaaS company in the equity compensation field. As a founder and chief architect, I designed and built the software solution that drove us to success. Clients found the system to be very efficient and effective in meeting the regulatory requirements for equity compensation and we became the recognized leader in the industry.Since childhood, I have always enjoyed designing and building.. In college, I discovered computers, and that opened a whole new world of design to me. I worked my way through the rest of college doing programming jobs, while I completed my BS in Physics and my MS in Computer Science.
