In his role Mark is responsible for- Strategic long-term planning and innovation in the Niche- Manage/develop underwriting staff- Execution of annual premium, profit and expense results of the Niche- Work with actuarial to determine annual pricing targets- Product development, marketing, filing and differentiator development- Work with, Home Office, IT, Claims and Operations to ensure seamless customer service for policyholders and agents.
