We develop uncomfortably ambitious, potentially world-changing new ideas such as self-driving cars, balloon-powered Internet and smart contact lenses. My role as a founding member of the Executive Diversity Talent Acquisition team is to create a sourcing and hiring strategy to identify, evaluate and hire qualified African American and LatinX professionals.
