Developing adventure-based immersive learning experiences and training platforms for organizations was my passion for 25 years. Then I became a family caregiver. During that seven years, I lived the caregiving journey. Knowing I was on a journey and that things would change, as I continued to learn and become more self-aware kept me alive and helped me survive the incredible hardships. A commitment to the value of this journey deepened my relationship to my loved one. Eventually, we both began to thrive despite the progressive nature of the disease and we arrived at what I call the "Sweet Spot." Now I am passionate about creating products, programs & services that really support other caregivers. I divide my time between non-profit, for-profit work and creative non-fiction writing. They feed each other and keep me motivated.
