RCM Technologies acquired NuSoft Solutions in March of 2008.

NuSoft Solutions acquired Sagestone Consulting in January of 2005, and was acquired by RCM Technologies in March of 2008.

Designed, produced, and maintained the Distribution and Warehousing components of ERP software; Technologies used include C++, Visual Basic, Baan’s 4GL derivative of C, SQL, Windows NT Workstation and Unix; Coordinated projects amongst the team members; Developed departmental standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines; Coordinated knowledge transfer to group staff from Baan’s education center, knowledge transfer group, core development teams, and team peers; Recommended purchase of and managed disposition of departmental computer hardware needs, including hardware installation and maintenance.

Designed, produced, and maintained proprietary software for tracking and archiving blood and donor data. Programming languages used were DBL and DIBOL, which are modern derivatives of COBOL; Developed and maintained reports with a report generation software package; Administrated the wide area, state-wide network; Trained and supported users in the use of the Donor System applications and PC productivity applications. Standardized training programs for use by other trainers and self-study individuals.

Managed data processing department. Produced and maintained programs on a PDP 11/84 minicomputer, bearing a RSTS-E operating system and DIBOL programming language. Controlled EDI functions via IBM microcomputer and external network systems.
