* Developed and managed Smartwork, a collaborative change model at the college. Helped change advocates identify areas of opportunity, clarify parameters and obtain executive sponsorship. Educated and coach each project manager through their project.* Initiated a college-wide operations team to ensure successful roll-out of new academic programs including new online degrees, graduate programs and offerings abroad. Facilitated it for several years then handed-off that role.

* Advise Vice President on divisional technology priorities. Represent division in IT governance committees. * Champion process and systems enhancements for nine enrollment and student service departments. Provide them strategic technology guidance and help them identify their needs and define appropriate solutions.* Key systems improvements include online registration, developing the framework to automate student check-in, Admissions CRM implementation and applicant life-cycle workflows and audits, the creation of common data set report and implementation of IPEDS, and automated budgeting and awarding for Financial Aid, SEVIS, overseeing taxonomy of student services for portal implementation, and implementing peer advising.* Provide business analysis and project management. Help departments define their projects and keep them on track.* Manage divisional technology assistant and mentor departmental systems and process managers. * Chair two system implementation teams (admissions and communications management modules) during ERP conversion. Work with teams to design entirely new workflows based on new system capabilities. Chair college Core Team dealing with shared data standards and roles. Serve on Student Leadership (implementation) Team and college Colleague Steering Committee.* Manage phone and application processing staff to assure quality applicant experience; ensure consistent flow of information and materials to the Board of Admissions.* Continually and significantly improve processes and data quality.* Design and present enrollment projections and analysis to Enrollment Planning Team each month.

Coach or mentor leaders in higher education on their professional growth. I've annually coached a Susan G. Vogt leadership fellow working at a variety of institutions: Babson, Boston College, Boston University, Brandeis, Harvard, M.I.T. or Sloan in a variety of functions and roles. I occasionally coached undergraduate business students in Babson College's Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program (CLTP).
