Working primarily within Infrastructure & Cloud, End User services to deliver projects for approx. 30k end users. Responsibilities include:• Managing project activities to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.• Stakeholder management, both internally and externally.• Leading relevant milestone and stage gate reviews ensuring exit criteria achieved.• Creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans.• Full management of project plans, including resource allocation and management.• Financial forecasting and budget management, including internal reporting.• Managing all project RAIDs, including tracking, mitigation and resolution.• Supporting on business case creation and financial impact assessments.• Identifying opportunities for cost saves, KPI identification and reporting.• Conducting lessons learnt reviews and sharing with wider business as appropriate.• Mentoring and assisting management with candidate interviews.
