He has certificates in Transformative Dialogue from the Nansen Centre for Peace and Dialogue; Community Dispute Resolution from Colorado State University; Non-Violent Communication from the Centre for Nonviolent Communication; in Conflict Resolution, Transformation & Peacebuilding from the International Centre for Parliamentary Studies; Group Relations from The Tavistock Institute; AI from University of Oxford. Mark began his career as a corporate lawyer in the UK and India. He served as a British Army Officer and with the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office.
