My career has given me the opportunity to work with health systems, academic and specialty hospitals, physician groups, post-acute providers, payers, as well as outsourcing and technology vendors. Each of these experiences, and those I worked with, have helped me develop a diverse and deep understanding of healthcare operations, technology and how to serve our patients better. My experience spans all aspects of the revenue cycle including patient access, charge capture, revenue integrity, coding, billing, follow-up, customer service, and collections. I have supported major Epic and Cerner implementations, as well as delivered other performance improvement projects for clients resulting in enhanced patient experience, reduced supply chain costs, improved labor efficiency and increased hospitals/physician integration.
