Responsible for sales, staffing, delivery, engagement P&L, Served as the primary point of contact with CEO, COO, CFO, and other client executives. Generated new and add-on sales for a wide variety of consulting services offered to the healthcare market.• Led a revenue cycle assessment and implementation initiative for an urban, hospital group. Policy and process initiatives resulted in more than $13 million in EBITDA improvements in the first year. • Managed the assessment and implementation of revenue cycle improvements and consolidation at a major cancer center that resulted in a 30% improvement in aging of receivables, a 55% reduction of DNFB backlog, a 20% reduction cost to collect and increase in customer satisfaction scores.• Directed a revenue cycle engagement for a health system with a 350 physician medical group. During the first six months of implementation, the hospitals realized revenue cycle improvements of $5.7 million in the hospital and $4.8 million across the physician practices. • Led initiative to standardize and consolidate revenue cycle functions of a five-facility health system, resulting in improved performance, reduced costs and increased patient satisfaction.• Developed new methodologies and data analysis-based solutions to manage and monitor the hospital and physician revenue cycle. Areas targeted included scheduling, patient access, HIM, managed care contracting, revenue integrity, denial management, and other business office functions
