Siyavula Education is a company with a mission to make high-quality education as accessible as possible to every learner and teacher. We can only achieve this if we keep up to speed on the latest research and technology developments, remain focused on the subjects we are targeting and work very closely with the education community.We believe in working with this community on a small and large scale, drawing on the strengths and experiences of others to make sure what we do is relevant and has a broad impact. We believe in openness - a key principle in our philosophy that every learner and teacher should have access to high quality educational resources as a basis for long-term growth and development. Most fundamentally, we believe in investing time and research into building technology that facilitates deep learning experiences, specifically in Mathematics and Science.As a technology company of passionate scientists we have invested a lot of time in researching the optimal gap where technology solutions can really impact Mathematics and Science education. The research tells us that technology is ideally suited to provide an optimal experience for practising for mastery. Technology now allows us to provide individualised exercises, immediate feedback, explanatory solutions, unlimited exercises, interleaved (rather than blocked) exercises and data analytics to learners and educators. We’re therefore directing our expertise into building Intelligent Practice - a tool to give every educator and learner the opportunity to leverage practise for mastery effectively.
