My career can be summarized as:- Five years working for multinational Teir 1 management consulting firms on large scale business reengineering projects as an SAP (ERP) consultant. - Six years initiating, designing and managing significant business improvement projects for Smorgon Steel.- Eight years running a successful SME business coaching and consulting business helping business owners and board members improve all facets of business performance (Better Business Outcomes www.bbo.com.au).- Two years experience project managing data analytics and software development projects for a progressive start-up innovation agency (www.Strategenics.com.au). - Seven years and counting in the role of client-side ERP project manager (Pronto & Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ) working on migrations to cloud based ERP platforms. Key aspects of these roles include coaching internal staff to become effective ERP project team members, developing collaborative implementation strategies that integrate the implementation partner recommendations with the culture and capacity of the client organisation, leading the project activities that are client responsibility such as data migration, testing, training and change management.
