    I completed a two year contract with Wagners to manage their group wide implementation of Pronto Xi to replace SAP as their ERP platform. In 2017 we completed the first major stage of the project which involved implementing Pronto Xi payroll integrated with TimeTarget (rostering, leave, timesheeting and biometric clocking). With over 600 employees, 8 diverse business divisions and over a dozen different awards, this was a highly complex project that was delivered successfully over a 6 month… Show more I completed a two year contract with Wagners to manage their group wide implementation of Pronto Xi to replace SAP as their ERP platform. In 2017 we completed the first major stage of the project which involved implementing Pronto Xi payroll integrated with TimeTarget (rostering, leave, timesheeting and biometric clocking). With over 600 employees, 8 diverse business divisions and over a dozen different awards, this was a highly complex project that was delivered successfully over a 6 month period. Wagners was listed on the ASX in the same week the project went live, which indicates the confidence the executive had in the project team. I managed the Payroll split to separate Wagners Airport from the listed Wagners Companies.We then did the full ERP implementation for the Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies business going live in November 2018. SAP was fully replaced with Pronto. It was a big-bang go-live with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Maintenance, CRM and Cognos business reporting. We included tablets and RF scanners for inventory management. This was a major implementation relying heavily on the internal team members.Using the internal team I helped build we then undertook a company wide parallel design and scoping phase for the remaining divisions, namely Concrete, Cement, Quarries, Pre-Cast, Transport, Structural Steel, Maintenance Workshops and Corporate Head Office. This was a highly complex activity given the diversity of operations, the level of inter-company trading and the number of supporting systems needing interfacing. I managed the preparation, negotiation, review and sign-off of the 8 divisional scope documents of which I was the primary author. As the end of my two year contract neared I conducted a progressive handover to an internal Wagners project manager who was then able to successfully manage the remaining divisional implementations.
