As the Ecommerce Manager at Hydrant, I played a pivotal role in driving significant growth through the direct-to-consumer channel. I oversaw the complete management of the DTC site, ensuring optimal conversion and customer retention. My role centered on full-funnel email and SMS marketing campaigns, online merchandising and site optimization, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and streamline the customer journey.
