CurrentTelephony ProjectAs the Project Solution Architect for the complete replacement of the Target Telephony system across all Target serviced customers. This strategic project aimed to improve performance and analysis while enhancing customer experiences and giving Self Service options for customer within a new IVR using the Nice CXOne platform. Loan and Saving Banking ProjectSolution architecture of end to end Origination and Self Service processes.Produced process integrations architecture and documentation for the technical flow underpinning business processes and their interfaces between inhouse solutions, partner and providers.Provided high-level designs and support to the partner delivery teams to design their constituent solutions for: Originations Decisioning engine, Customer portal, Product Business Services, Customer Communications Management, Enterprise Content Management , Infrastructure/DevOps/DevSecOps teams for joint design and implementing the AWS architecture for the project.Key lead in weekly cross company integration calls where high level planning of interface requirements were discuss with all providers technical architect teams.Collaborated with the Process Owner to design the To-Be (future state) process maps providing technical underpinning for the design and added it to the Product Backlog.Child Trust Funds ProjectMy responsibilities encompassed designing the solution architecture to address various deliverables for internal development teams. The solution involved high volume hardcopy customer communication, KYC and Identity Verification compliance and processing, payment processing, ISA Transfers, ISA Account creation and initial service of these new account. The goal of this project was to streamline and implement the Child Trust Funds maturities process, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of funds and leveraged automation processing wherever possible.
