Help lead Fresenius Kidney Care’s (FKC) joint venture finance organization. Financial oversight over approximately 125 JVs, representing over 300 clinics and $1.3 billion in annual revenue. Responsible for JV partner financial communications, monthly P&L/KPI reviews, balance sheet/cash flow management, annual budgeting, and partner cash distributions and capital funding.

Helped lead FMCNA’s Physician Solutions (FPS) finance organization. Responsible for financial modeling for all owned and managed practices, annual budgeting and quarterly forecast updates, cash flow analysis, monthly close reviews, and M&A due diligence and transaction execution.

• Worked with all lines of business, including compliance, legal, finance, HR, and operations in order to guide acquisitions through FMCNA’s due diligence process. • Built detailed acquisition models.
