Avp, Casualty Underwriter
CurrentI am a National Accounts Casualty Underwriter with Zurich in Chicago. I underwrite new and renewal Workers Compensation, General Liability and Auto Insurance while focusing on Large Deductible, Retrospective, Self Insured and Captive program structures. I am responsible for coverage and pricing analysis as well as collateral and escrow calculations. I develop and maintain relationships with the Brokerage Community to effectively work together for our customers. I work with brokers to determine our customer’s insurance related needs and provide tailored solutions.I interact regularly with internal and external Insurance Departments to ensure we offer complete and accurate products. This includes Audit, Billing and Collections, Finance, Actuary, Risk Engineering, Claims and individual State Compliance Departments.
