As a senior and a lead in a lean shop I wear many hats from production support to architectural design, and from process improvement to resource and budget management. A true developer at heart; I spend as much of my time as possible writing C# WCF services and ASP.NET (WebForms and MVC) front ends, but also thrive in helping other developers do the same. I write code for coders and I improve processes for them as well.

Senior Web Development in C# and ASP.NET 1.1/2.0/3.5, SQL Server technologies along with legacy code in VB and Perl. Development, maintainance and support of a large number of custom applications for ordering a wide variety of printed products. Working with geographically and culturally diverse team. Direct interface with all business units including clients. Remote management with leadership responsibilities.

Senior UI development role with responsibilities in design, documentation, implementation, testing and release. Primarily ASP.NET with C#. High level of design and documentation through MSF idiologies. Implementations utilize a SOA where appropriate and there is a strong mind for securely layered code. Robust unit testing requirements as well as strict source control management leads to smooth low-defect releases.Position also requires a high level of accountability, project ownership and leadership. Management of development resources such as off-shore teams is a constant.

Very small development department with high level of responsibility. Close team collaboration for design, implementation and testing. Also a large amount of personal project freedom with accountability. Team was responsible for large projects that changed the way the company operated such as creation of middle tier based architecture from the ground up, online banking, and IVR.
