Senior Product Manager for LinOS, Lineage’s Industrial Operating System. Supporting and leading a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.

Defining, building, and delivering software which powers the most advanced automated cold storage warehouses in the industry as the Product Manager for LinOS: Automation, Lineage's industrial operating system.• Own the roadmap and prioritization of development for LinOS - Automation• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineering Leads, and Business Analysts to define & build foundational system requirements which span four core systems that power LinOS• Interface with external customers and internal stakeholders to help inform the needs of LinOS• Measure and track improvements on operational processes delivered via LinOS against facilities’ KPIs• Collaborate with product designers on, provide feedback to, and ultimately approve of user interface design and experience• Interface with Support to capture production issues and prioritize them against feature development • Drive product team best practice by soliciting engineering and design input and feedback during discovery and brainstorming exercises• Provide guidance on iterative software development, cross-team dependency tracking and management to our technology consulting firm partners
