Before this adventure, I started Karmakey, making it easier for restaurants and bars to keep their regulars coming back with a cool loyalty program. Over the last decade+, I've been lucky enough to work with a fantastic team of smart, creative people who have helped hundreds of businesses get noticed and connect with their customers online.I'm really into AI and how it can make our lives and businesses run smoother. Even though I don't write code myself (cuz AI does that for me), I love dreaming up new products that solve real problems for people, especially if it means making businesses work better without getting too technical.Sales is another thing I can't get enough of. Figuring out the best ways to understand and meet customers' needs is where I love to geek out. I believe in making connections and finding the right fit between what businesses offer and what people want.When I'm not working on Social High Rise, you might find me speaking at events about the magic of blending restaurant social media with technology. It's a topic I'm passionate about and love sharing my knowledge on.I'm also proud to be a board member of ChicoStart, a fantastic non-profit that supports entrepreneurs. It's a way for me to give back and help other dreamers and doers make their mark on the world.Outside of work, I'm all about mentoring up-and-coming entrepreneurs and supporting women in leadership roles. I'm also a family man, a cancer survivor, and a distance runner— trying to balance life, challenges, and the drive to keep moving forward.🙌
