CurrentKilonova Capital (“KC”) is a value-oriented, growth capital provider, focused on delivering structured capital solutions to later stage deep technology companies. We seek to invest between $25-150 million in proven, at scale companies which combine deep technological moats with proven business models and high value customers. We seek to be patient last money in investors able to support a company’s drive towards a liquidity event. We also consider bespoke intellectual property transactions, such as buying patent portfolios, which can be monetized through licensing strategies and/or litigation, or to provide balance sheet liquidity. Our investment team has decades of institutional investment and entrepreneurial experience, with myriad examples of building technology companies to scale. KC supplements this empathetic approach with over 35 operating partners who have rich technology and SME expertise.
