Key Responsibilities‣ Management of the Product Training team including; the end-to-end recruitment process, developing an internal talent pipeline and professional development for the team.‣ End-to-end management of the online classroom products. Including design, maintenance, delivery of live training and scheduling and tracking of attendees.‣ Create digital adoption assets using the WalkMe tool and implement them into tramada.‣ Design, maintain and manage the eLearning program (Tramada University) for all markets. This included creatingstoryboards and assisting with content creation and proofing.‣ Own and drive Online Help Pages and the Internal Product Glossary.‣ Oversee and maintain the Train The Trainer accreditation program.‣ Promote learning solutions and courses in conjunction with Sales and Marketing teams.‣ Manage relationships with third party suppliers/partners e.g. WalkMe, Savv-e eLearning and GoTo.‣ Attend and contribute to customer enhancement review & product development roadmap meetings as SME, and to analyse if development can be replaced with creating WalkMe content.‣ Work with the Support Centre Manager to identify training needs based on call drivers. Key Achievements‣ Project managed the implementation of WalkMe into tramada. This resulted in WalkMe becoming a key part of the Online Learning framework and has caused a significant increase in the uptake of our learning assets and a corresponding decrease in our support logs.‣ Project manager and SME for the creation of eLearning courses and implementation of a new LMS packaged under the branding of ‘Tramada University’.
