I believe in the power of blending healthcare expertise with business strategy to not only improve patient outcomes but also drive operational excellence in the healthcare industry.My career journey has been anything but traditional. I’ve managed a pizzeria, where I sharpened my leadership and operational skills, worked as a patient care technician in hospitals, advocating for patient safety and quality care, and served as a Sales Account Manager, driving customer retention and satisfaction. These experiences have given me a unique ability to lead with empathy, make informed decisions, and deliver results in complex situations.What drives me is a relentless pursuit of growth, innovation, and making a meaningful impact.
